Gluten-free and lactose-free chocolate paste-filled cheesecake, served in individual portions
A rich base made from cocoa, hazelnuts and almonds, topped with a layer of luxurious chocolate filling made from cashews and dark chocolate. Every slice offers a rich chocolate flavour.
Ingredients: hazelnuts, almonds, date paste, natural vanilla extract, sea salt, unrefined coconut oil, cocoa powder.
Filling, ingredients: cashew nuts, honey, water, unrefined coconut oil, coconut milk, cocoa powder, citric acid, agar-agar, hazelnuts, dark chocolate (cocoa mass, cocoa butter, honey), sea salt, natural vanilla extract, sunflower lecithin.
Nutritional value per 100 g of product: protein – 10.08 g, carbohydrates – 33.05 g (of which added sugar – 0 g, natural sugars – 22.92 g), salt – 0.2 g, fats – 40.38 g (of which saturated – 32.58). Energy value: 2254 kJ/538.63 kcal.
Store at temperatures: between -15 and -20°C for 180 days; between +1 and +7°C for 3 days from the date of defrosting in the fridge. The product is ready to eat. Defrost for 30 minutes at +20°C before consumption.
